I don’t know if this would actually count as a memory specifically for the HP fandom, because to be honest, I don’t know if I could be counted as a “fan” because I love HP, but I never did anything crazy for it (never went to movie premiers, never bought HP merchandise or anything like that). But what I loved the most about HP was how much it valued friendships and family. I guess there are a lot of books/series that express the same things as HP, but I think it was just growing up with HP and probably because of how large the HP fan base was, the Trio and all of the people that helped them throughout the years have been sort of glorified, I guess, but in a good way. There definitely were ups in downs in their relationships, doubts and trials, misunderstandings and accusations, but in the end, they were all united by their faith in Harry. And the fact that Harry’s friends came from so many different backgrounds and had completely different personalities but still managed to unite to fight against Voldemort…that was the true magic, I think, of Harry Potter.
These are all very repetitive…Tonks and Lupin again? Only because I don’t hear enough of them.
When Harry first heard that Sirius had “supposedly” betrayed his parents.

If only I could take all of the classes…but I actually think Potions would be fun. That or Charms.
When Bellatrix was carving “mudblood” into Hermione’s arm…that was horrifying.

Dumbledore’s Army. I feel like the Order of the Phoenix is a bit too mature for me, I prefer to be with the newbs trying to make a difference lol

I love how Tonks’ Patronus turned into a werewolf :) But I do think that Snape/Lily’s doe and Harry/James’ stag look the best.

As for my patronus…I kind of feel like it would be a fish (I’ve been really into fish lately, I don’t know why), although when I was a kid I always thought it would be a dog. I don’t know, I hope when Pottermore finally reaches either book 3 or book 5 that we can find out what our Patronuses are :D *so excited*

Silencio or Immobulus.

Sometimes I just need people to shut up and calm down for a bit so I can think :P
Lily and James. I feel like all the focus is always on Lily and Snape, and yes, James may have been a bully in his school years, but I think he and Lily did love each other, he did die for her and Harry in the end.

Well, in the book, I loved the Burrow and Grimmauld Place, but the way they were shown in the movies didn’t match up to how I imagined at all. The Burrow was ok in the movies, but I just imagined Grimmauld Place to be…I don’t know, a mansion, like the Malfoy residence, not an apartment-like building.
I loved the Whomping Willow in both the movies and the books. I guess that’ll do.
